I got the attached font from Character last March 19, 2013 with permission
to post. I did not post it at that time because he was still active here in
the group. Since Character is no longer with us,  I thought that he would be
happy if people will have the chance to enjoy something that he did.

BTW the font has no attribution but I guarantee that this was done by
Character. His email is still in my Gmail mailbox.
