Are there normal caps for that typeface?
If not, I think that a single font with the swash caps and normal lower
case, as seen in 100 Swash Alphabets, would be ok. If there is a set of
normal caps, then it could have a normal .otf font with swash cap
alternates. (Or two fonts, one with swash caps and normal lowercase, and
the other with normal caps and normal lowercase.
