Subject: Introducing Gill Sans Shadow Line

...or K22 EricGill Shadow Line. Like the other one, using Gill Sans in the 
font name might be unacceptable to Linotype, or whoever owns the the 
trademark.

The font only have the characters on the specimen sheet - alphabets, 
numbers, punctuations and some ligatures (fi, fl, ff, ffi, ffl). I also 
added a "t" that I thought how it should look at E001 and an alternate "H" 
(at E000) which is shown in this PDF
