The November 2012 update is attached. Thanks to David Smith for his 
eagle-eye identification of many new matches, this time mostly from 
EnStep. While Enstep was primarily a clone-maker, they also produced 
some original digital versions of earlier typefaces. They are generally 
inferior quality and some are barely useable, but in many cases they're 
all we've got! They also published the same fonts with Imageline and 
MediaCrest copyright notices. A chinese company, Arphic, re-released a 
number of the Enstep fonts, using the original names prefixed with the 
three characters AR[space].
