Very little new this time around. David Smith has provided a number of 
additions, clarifications, and corrections. One of his notes, regarding 
the many Goudy fonts on page 131, brings up a point:

Fontana's original spreadsheet was based on the typeface names as listed 
in the catalog's index rather than as they appear on the sample pages. 
That index itself took many shortcuts and also has a number of errors. 
In the case of the 13 Goudy fonts on page 131, the index only lists 
"Goudy Series" as a catch-all.

David has, appropriately, started to identify digitizations separately 
for each of those entries. Because of some innate laziness, I haven't 
yet separated them, and have just entered a generic description.
